we pride ourselves in the care we put into creating the perfect, on time, gift moment for you. If you select an express or same day delivery service we promise you that your gift will be delivered on your selected date or your next gift will be FREE

We endeavour to deliver every gift as quickly as possible and promise delivery Monday to Saturday*

We will deliver your gift between the following times:

For Business** addresses: between 9am and 5pm
For Residential addresses: between 8am and 7pm

* Please add a business name into the company field upon checkout to ensure it is delivered before 5pm
** Please note we do not deliver our 'Next Day' standard delivery service on a Saturday.
*** Please note we don't offer Saturday delivery for Western Australia.

Yes, we can! Our urgent delivery service is available for $29.95 varied days will be available on website and social medias. We can deliver your goods same day to arrive in all major cities: Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Perth.

Simply choose the shipping method “Urgent delivery service” at checkout, select your delivery date and please make note of any delivery times in the delivery instructions field. If this method does not show upon checkout, please call us on 0450 542 890 and we can provide you with a quote. Please note that on this delivery service we are unable to deliver before 10am as we make our bouquets fresh every day!

Delivery Instructions:

If you have any delivery instructions that you think will be useful to get your gift to the intended recipient, please add them upon checkout in the delivery instructions field, alternatively please call us on 0450 542 890 so we can add notes to your order to make the delivery process as smooth as possible.

*On our standard next business day service, some suburbs and regional towns may not be serviced by standard couriers. In these cases, gifts will be delivered to the closest Australia Post outlet for local collection by the receiver.

**Please note, we are not able to deliver to PO. Box Addresses

 

FREE Standard next business day (over $100.00):  Order by 4pm EST the business day before your preferred delivery date.  Free delivery is for one delivery address.  Standard next business day $9.95 (inner metro) and $14.95 (outer metro).
Same Day CBD and neighbouring suburbs: $15.95 (order by 10:30am EST)
Same Day outer metro: $22.95 (order by 10:30am EST)
Same Day far outer metro SYD: $49.95 (order by 11:30am EST)
Urgent express delivery: from $29.95 (order by 2pm EST)
Regional delivery areas: FREE over $120.00 or $14.95 (order by 4pm EST) 2-4 day delivery service

At checkout, once you enter your delivery postcode and preferred delivery date, all available delivery prices will be presented. Choose a next business day delivery date for the lowest rate. Please select your preferred delivery date on the calendar. 

If you wish to have a VIP or timed delivery and the shipping method ‘Time Requests and 3hr VIP delivery service’ isn't available at checkout please contact our Concierge Team for a quote on 0450 542 890

*As we make our fresh fruit bouquets, donut gifts and birthday cakes daily to order these are not included within our FREE Standard next business day delivery promotion.

****If you send to multiple addresses, our Free delivery offer is calculated based on the total spend per address.

 

Please help us to do a perfect delivery for you by checking that someone is at home or work to receive your delivery. Alternatively, if you are sending a gift to someone located at a hospital, we do require ward and room details to make a smooth delivery. 

If no-one is home, we will leave your gift safely in our signature delivery box if you have given authority at checkout and if the courier deems it safe.

If there is nowhere safe, a calling card will be left and it may be taken to the nearest post office, returned to the Gift Basket by Amora or to a courier depot. If we are required to re-deliver your gift there may be up to a AU $19.90 redelivery fee if we are charged by the courier

 

In regional and rural areas delivery can take 2-4 days. In these areas, we cannot guarantee a delivery date.

Some suburbs and regional towns may not be serviced by standard couriers. In these cases, gifts will be delivered to the closest Australia Post outlet for local collection by the receiver.

 Any extra charges?
    If we are unable to deliver a fresh fruit arrangement, our drivers will return the gift to us. In these instances (which we try and avoid as best we can!), a 50% remake fee and a $15.95 or $22.95 re-delivery charge will apply depending on your area.  If you are unsure if someone is going to be home, we recommend choosing a chocolate bouquet or hamper gift to avoid any extra charges.
